Jerry was always in good mood and always had something positive to say. Jerry was a unique manager. The waiters followed Jerry was because of his attitude. He was a natural motivator. If an employee was having a bad day, Jerry will tell the employee how to look on the positive side of the situation. Seeing Jerry's style made the author curious, so one day the author went up to Jerry and asked him how did he do it. Jerry replied that he choose to be in good mood. Each time something bad happens, he choose to learn from it, rather than choose to be a victim. Every time someone comes to him complaining, he choose to accept their complaining or can point out the side of life. Jerry choose the positive life. The author learned from him that every day we have the choice to live fully. Attitude, after all, is everything.

I felt that this article is very meaning full. This article teach us to live positively and learn from the problems. Everything will be fine if u think positively, and every problems will be solved.
