Jerry is guy who is always in a good mood he is a unique manager in restaurant .Whenever he see that employees he will confront him and give them very positive encouragement words to cheer them up .
He also believes in choosing to be in a good mood or a bad mood.
I feel that we must all be like him as thinking positive will not just cheer us up but also cheer others up too.We must make good choice in everything we do,if you make a wrong choice it will only bring you harm.
